What Do You Do When You Slip Below the Spirit Radar into Ego Land?

Author: Sarah Liddle

You may have been living the last few weeks, maybe months and possibly years in spirit. The place where your life is just flowing effortlessly, everyday is a truly rewarding and spiritually nurturing adventure.

And then one day you wake up to find that everything in your life has just gone to crap! What happened to your spirit, where did it go and hide and what impulse lead the ego to arrive into your life and upset your lovely little adventure?

When these days come and the spirit is far from site, your life is starting to feel like one big flop, the main thing you can do to combat the nasty ego is surrender.

Surrender to the ego.

Aha!

I can hear that little inner voice of yours saying that this is wrong and you are breaking all of the rules.

Id like to question that thought of yours and say What is this wrong compared to? And what rules are you breaking?

The ego works in incredible ways and the way to move past it is to give it what is wants and surrender to it and its wants. By doing this the ego is then going to go around in circles chasing itself and you eventually wear it out. This is possible when you hand over everything inside of you. Only then can this transformational change take place.

So when days come and your ego arrives in your life, surrender and the ego will wear itself out like a dog chasing its tail around in a circle.

Surrender and combat your ego.

Good luck!
