Using page generators to create web sites that generate lots of web traffic used to work like a charm. I remember when they first hit the market a few years ago everybody thought that it was now going to be easy to build huge web sites with thousands of keywords to get tons of web traffic. These web sites could be built very quickly using the programs that came out. They all seemed to have initials such as TE, RP, TD, etc. These software programs did actually do quite well in the beginning. I built about 50 sites using different programs and each site was based on a different theme such as free website traffic, getting more web traffic, or any number of other topics. Actually, during the first few months after I had built these sites my Adsense income was very high. I remember one month I received my check from Adsense and it was over $10,000. The problem with site generators is that the web traffic that you receive is short lived. The reason is that so many webmasters start using them and the quality of the content is so low that the major search engines start dropping those sites like flies. My recommendation is to build a site with original content and it should stay listed in the search engines for a long time giving you quality web traffic. Steve McArthur |
