When you learn to discipline your body you can simultaneously harness your thoughts. Mastering your moods and emotions is far easier when you are breaking forth physically and into a new physiological reality.

Exercise enables you to get away and focus on something different - most importantly you. It is a personal affirmation, positive distraction and life enhancing experience. By increasing your energy levels, decreasing stress and altering your attitude you can regain a proper perspective of life overall.

Exercise allows you to sleep well and be well when you arise. Exercise releases uplifting endorphins, brings you into deep breathing and realigns you with yourself at a deeper level causing you to feel centered.

Exercising can be a very social experience whether at the local health club or with a close friend. Fitness is fun! Being playful is something we should never grow out of. Sports and games provide a forum for us to connect with friends or make new ones. Though you may currently feel and think otherwise, you are never alone. When you take charge of your health, you will suddenly find yourself surrounded by positive people equally interested in personal well being. You attract what you are. Change who you are and you will change who and what you attract.

Exercise provides you a sense of personal accomplishment. We all need to be challenged, discover new things and stretch ourselves. Exercise enables you awake to your potential and achieve peak performance. A personal victory in the physical realm can build momentum and flow into other arenas of your life.

Exercise is your hour to demonstrate personal power. We all experience disappointments in life and love. Nevertheless through exercise you can rise above what youre going through, set your soul to rest and be your personal best!
