Will your Lifestyle lead you to Dementia?

Do you think that your current lifestyle is one in which you are nuturing a healthy and financially secure you? Do you think you have control over avoiding certain illnesses?

Research is currently under way and many studies have already proven that you as an individual have control over 70% of your health and its outcome. Recently, scientists at the Karolinska Institute in Swedan have identified risk predictors in middle age that could help to identify individuals who are more likely to suffer from dementia later in life. The predictors they identified are education,high blood pressure,high cholesterol levels,obesity and lack of exercise.

This information was not a surprise to me because these are many of the same predictors for many other preventable costly illnesses as well.

Currently there is no cure for Alzheimer's disease, the leading cause of dementia in the elderly,but any means of prevention is important.

It can not be said enough, your lifestyle is a predictor for certain illness. The way you handle or percieve stress, your negative emotions, self, nutritional intake, exercise or lack of, ergonomics, annual health screenings and acknowledge and committment to recognize you need to make healthy changes in your lifestlye to get you better health and financial outcomes is vital.

You are the first line defense to illnesses. Yes, family history is not something you have control of or do you? You can choose to make healthier decisions then the people before you.

You are in control of your health, financial and life's destiny. Take charge today and brighten your future with achieveable golden health and financial security.
